Hi, I’m Sarah (she/her). I’d love to connect with you and learn about how I can support you. Some of the ways that I work with people one on one are, helping you prepare for an upcoming appointment or medical procedure for yourself or a loved one, creating an individualized yoga session for you, guiding you as you learn about your nervous system and holding space for you as you get to know and befriend your own nervous system. About Me

I am a mental health peer support specialist, a trauma informed yoga teacher, a doula and a social worker. I bring in my experiences and knowledge from each of these areas to offer customized support for you.
