This group is co-facilitated by experienced trauma-informed professionals committed to creating a compassionate, empowering space. You’ll leave with tools for ongoing nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and renewed strength.

Starts February 6th and meets weekly on Thursdays for four sessions.
1:00 - 2:00 pm CST/2:00 - 3:00 pm EST
This will be virtual
$400 for the full four weeks, with an early bird rate of $360 if you register by January 17th.

Sarah is a trauma-informed yoga teacher, doula, peer specialist and social worker. She is so excited to be on this journey with you to reclaim your birth and heal from birth trauma.

Shelley is a therapist who help moms thrive without fear, anxiety and overwhelm. She is excited to help you begin to feel more like yourself and less like you’re surviving day to day.
